Anna trained in Devised Physical Theatre and Dance.
Professionally she has specalised in these areas and has broad experience
in Dancetheater, Physical Theatre and Choreographic Theatre.
She has devised her own work, performed solo and appeared, inernationally,
with several contemporary and innovative dance and theatre companies.

Anna’s work provides a unique basis from which actors and
dancers can physically
and powerfully engage in performace. Her training
facilitates and enriches an under-
standing of body awareness. It
increases stamina levels, flexibility and muscular
development.
She teaches participants how to realise and use their own personal
qualities of
movement
and then to consider other means of creative expression, through
new
possibilities of dance and physicality. She facilitates performers
to invent their own
dance sequences and also to learn given coreographed
routines.
Anna encourages the use of dance and movement in a theatrical context
and, through
this, empowers actors and dancers to express appropriate
feeling, emotion and quality
in any given situation.
Her work is strong, subtle and immediately engaging: it encourages
performers to
work openly and honestly, with combined physical, mental
and emotional intelligence,
on stage and off.
